As a surf instructor who appreciates the finer things in life, including good food and stunning views, my recent stay at Terceira Mar was a delightful gourmet getaway that left a lasting impression. The large hotel boasted a great restaurant, Restaurante Elio's, where I indulged in the chef's reinterpretation of regional dishes. The ideal place to enjoy tasty gastronomy, the restaurant's ambiance was perfect for a relaxing evening meal.During my stay, I frequented The Fanal Bar, a spot that not only served refreshing drinks but also offered a variety of snacks. As a food enthusiast, I was impressed by the light meals and snacks available all day, enhancing my experience at the hotel.However, I found the breakfast slightly lacking in innovation, with the same offerings each day. Despite this, the quality of the food and the impeccable service more than made up for it. With a balcony overlooking the ocean, the breathtaking view from my Junior Suite coupled with the sound of waves made my stay intensely perfect. Terceira Mar is a must-stay destination in Terceira, and I look forward to returning to this charming hotel.
